The only problem is that it looks nothing like a Gen 1 and it has extra doors.
Yeah this sentiment makes no sense to me. I dare that guy to show us a modern bronco that looks closer to 1G than this.First and foremost, I had a 2 door reservation but my wife got pregnant with our daughter so I had to switch to a 4 door and I wouldn't trade that for anything in the world. Someday my daughter will get this one as they are both a 2022 model year and I will build a 2 door like my original plan was. Secondly, I did the best I could with what Ford gave us. Mine actually is more Heritage than the "Heritage Edition" Ford built. You enjoy your Bronco if you have one and i will enjoy my build. So I guess there is no problem then.
Looks great!I have been through many phases with my Bronco build, trying to get it just right to pay homage to it's forefather the Gen 1. This is my interpretation brought to life of what I think the Bronco should have looked like from the factory or atleast a model version. The KBD fender flares are not easy to paint and aren't perfect, but i swapped the mounting tape out to 3m, added rubber welting against the body and cut off the button head allen head bolts and mounted with 3m mounting tape and alot of adhesion promoter. The archetype racing badges and the custom painted vintage grill round it out for the most part. So, call it what you will, Throwback, Vintage, Heritage, it's just my vision made into reality!!!

I agree about the vintage Bronco's. I had choice words typed but thought better to post. The great thing is we all have a story and a reason why we bought what we bought. Then some are content as is and the rest of us love it as a hobby as a direct reflection of what we want it to look like. And we all have different taste and ultimately if the one who makes the car payment or owns it has the final say, or there spouse if it's there's lol.Yeah this sentiment makes no sense to me. Heck even the builds from Vintage Broncos have funky proportions.

Looks great… grill and flares are awesome.
Don’t take this the wrong way but can you post more pics of her rear? Want to see how you did the backside better.
Love your Bronco!
Do you mind sharing details in the grill and mods to it? Thanks!
I almost forgot, amongst my highly illegal items, tint, deleted front maker lights with paint to match vinyl wrap, I deleted the third brake light completely, shrink wrapped the plug and zip tied plug to wires inside of tailgateLooks great… grill and flares are awesome.

This silver color is growing on me. Kinda looks stripped down, prototype look.I have been through many phases with my Bronco build, trying to get it just right to pay homage to it's forefather the Gen 1. The silver color. Like a non-paint finish. What looks like a stripped down prototype?
