I hang out in my garage quite a bit, and I've noticed that after I shut the Bronco off and leave the vehicle, after a while, it will make noises (sounds like the door locks). I'm talking like ten or more minutes after the vehicle has been turned off. I swear it happened even after like an hour. Is this normal?

Mine does the same thing. So does my GT 500. I'm waiting for Optimus Prime to show up.

Yep... just the various servos on the engine re-positioning or providing feedback to ECU.

No idea why it does it for so long after it's shutdown though!

Do you guys have the keys close to the Bronco when it does that?

It happens to me but I have the key on my pocket.

Yup! My wife’s Q7 also readjusts the air suspension after a while, which is even weirder to hear it go down lower to make ingress easier.

I was just going to post about this same subject. My wife called me out to the garage last night for the same reason saying she can hear a clicking sound from the Bronco. It’s actually been doing this from the very beginning or since delivery in October. And no my keys are not anywhere near the Bronco when it’s happening.

It's likely an evap leak test diagnostic running.
Many vehicles do something similar... only after certain vehicle and ambient conditions are met. Our Subaru will do it hours after a shutdown... sometimes the next day.

It's the "Built Wild" of the Bronco, you can't expect it to sit silent.

A lot of those noises are relays for the electronic timeouts. I know one is exactly one hour after shutdown the battery saver feature will click off, which turns off any lights that got left on.

The active grille shutters trim their position as nessesary as the engine cools to limit thermal shock. The high pressure fuel rail will also de-pressurize, which is another sound you may hear.

It also clicks inside when moving around the front seat... Which is weird because there's no motion detector on the alarm.
