Marin Headlands National Park

Marin Headlands is part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.

Not a national park by any stretch. Still a beautiful place though.

While we're on the subject of National Parks...

Which of them have decent 4x4 trails?

My list, based on what I've been to:

• Canyonlands - The White Rim Trail and Elephant Hill, plus others.
• Arches - The trail to Tower Arch is good.
• Great Sand Dunes - Apparently others have been on good trails nearby, I didn't spend much time there last time I visitied.
• Death Valley - Lots of 4x4 roads.

Which other ones have roads that need a 4x4 and I couldn't drive in my Mustang?

Joshua Tree has a couple. Berdoo Canyon, Pinkham Canyon. Old Dale road is dirt but the more technical parts of it are outside the park boundaries.

Added another NP last weekend, Death Valley NP. First time there in this Bronco, paved roads only for this quick trip through.

Went to Grand Teton National Park a few weeks ago... well, for just 3 miles. The park was mostly closed
