New 2022 Bronco colors: Hot Pepper Red and Eruption Green. AMB and Rapid Red Dropped for MY2022

Obviously build and price can change, but these are renders from the 2022 build and price, with links to show directly from Ford. Area 51 looks like it may be gone.

That grille design introduced on the 2006 Explorer should be a case study in what to do if you want to take a popular vehicle and completely ruin the design.

To this day I have no idea what they were thinking and why they stuck with it for several model years. It eventually led to poor sales and the front wheel drive Explorer.

Hold the phone... it looks like we may be getting body-colored panels on 4-doors like the 2-doors.

That is a crappy idea. Especially when you have the odd accent color and crap doesn't match. They need to stop trying so hard and just give some reasonably designed interiors.

I was hoping for a green that is more like an army green. See Sarge green on the Wrangler. If they offered that for the Bronco I would switch to MY22 as soon as possible.

It would be a huge disappointment if they replace Rapid Red with that carrot color…yuck. More so if I don’t get a 21. I was trying to get into that green…then my wife said it would look like a John Deere with that shade and the yellow BL sticker…and she’s right.

I suspect Yellowstone is out there but limited to the special edition I don't know the code for

Worth noting Area51 and Rapid Red is not a valid image with this methodology maybe they are the ones getting dropped

The green is enough to pull me out of the closet with my -$2000 Granger reservation for a Badlands. I will still be driving the piss out of my MY 2021 VB Base with Auto hopefully here mid-Septiembre.

But it looked good to Charlene.

I'm in the peel the sticker off everything camp but I certainly wouldn't hate a Bronco in John Deere green. Though I''d prefer a little darker and a little more metallic.

Yeah truth be told I'm not really digging the green renders, I hope it's better in real life

If the last year has taught us anything, it is that the Ford rendering in B&P is not even close to the actual color.

Does it happen to show you if the new colors are limited to specific trims?

I am digging this color.

I really like hot pepper. I almost bought a Tacoma a few years ago that was inferno orange. I was hoping for a similar color on the Bronco and this is pretty close.
