Its all fun and games until the potential for legal action pops up. I have posted in a few places where I seen these reposted that they should remove the photos as soon as I had seen the ford request note.
I'm not a lawyer, and am unclear what the legal action would be. Rather I think sites that get info from Ford, might find that info dry up, if they went against Fords wishes with these photo leaks, which is understandable.

I'm not a lawyer, and am unclear what the legal action would be. Rather I think sites that get info from Ford, might find that info dry up, if they went against Fords wishes with these photo leaks, which is understandable.
That could be considered Theft of IP, hosting of material like that could be problematic. Think of Youtube pulling videos that have Disney content etc. Not apples to apples, but an example

Also, I imagine employees of companies like this would have signed an NDA. I have a friend who worked for a NASCAR team. If you were caught violating their policies, it was an immediate firing, a 25k fine and a potential lawsuit coming your way.
