Ordering Question

I am in the same boat as you. I called Ford Customer Service and its a known issue and no new orders can be converted. They said keep trying and they hope IT has it fixed by next week. Production issues and now even ordering has issues...

I know the lead time is going to be crazy long but I would really like to get a MY21 order in so that I can register for the Off Roadeo at no charge for 2022.

Do you have it in writing what your dealer is going charge you? You might want to do that now.

Does anyone know how to track an order if I placed it directly through the dealer without having a ford.com account? I did get the email from Ford confirming my order. Afterwards I created an account on ford.com but it shows no reservations. I'm not sure if there's a way to marry my order to my ford.com account at this point.
