My initial reaction was Outer Banks for the simple reason that is the first trim that unlocks the High/Lux packages.

I really want the 12" Screen and the 360 Camera in the High, and the Premium Audio and Adaptive Cruise in the Lux.

Problem is, OB + Lux = $$$$ and then of course start adding in the 2.7 and the Sasquatch and I probably will have to toss in the towel and go by a used Rubicon at half the price :)
or like others have said, a Defender 110

I'm in the same boat as some people, I love all the stuff on the OBX EXCEPT for the carpet. I wish there was a carpet delete option, everything else is exactly what I need for this model, I don't want to make the leap to Badlands + Mid pkg..

Well everything appears to be "modular" so maybe we could just pull out the carpet and rino line the floor :)

That's a tough call there. Those new Defenders are niiiiice.
We had an LR4 and an Explorer at the same time. The Land Rover was 4X as much in maintenance and repairs. I love the Defender too, but with the high cost of dealing with keeping it on the road, I’m putting the Bronco above it.

I just posted this in another thread, but it seems to relate here. I currently have a Rubicon with full carpeting. I’ve had several inches of water in th floor area. It has drain plugs you van pop out, and they drained fine. A little wet/dry vac or sitting in the sun and it was just fine.
I expect the Bronco to be just as good.

I hope the painted fender flares are signature to the OBX and not an option on higher trims. Really looks great.
Wonder is Sasquatch textured plastic replace the painted ones?

Question for the group... so it appears to me that "Big Bend" and "Outer Banks" are basically siblings, and Black Diamond and Badlands are the paired cousins.

Focusing on Big Bend vs Outer Banks, using that almost worthless PDF file from Ford, it would appear to me that there is no difference between: Big Bend + Mid Package + 2.7 + 10 speed auto + Sasquatch vs Outer Banks + 2.7 + 10 speed auto + Sasquatch.

I could not find a single difference between those two configurations. The Only item was that Outer Banks unlocks the High and Lux Package. Otherwise, they were identical.

Am I missing something?

Yes, I believe so. Sasquatch has a wider track, so can't use the same ones, and they probably don't want to paint another type of flare if they don't have to.

Outer Banks gets the upgraded LED headlights (with signature DRLs) and taillights, as well as body colored handles, mirror caps and flares, as well as steps.

In the scenario/with the options you presented, those seem to be the only differences on paper. We won't know for sure until we get the full order guide, though.

We reserved the 2 door obx. I hope I can switch it to the 4 door. Would be nice to get the rubber floor since we'll be on the coast. I think we'll order the antimatter blue

Ok..I didn't catch the LED nuances... guess when the pricing become available, I'll have to see how much more $$ those LEDs would cost me. Otherwise maybe the aftermarket will step up.
