Same here... i like the black accents and don't want everything the same color.

But sounds like Sas switches those back to black but my door handles would still be covered.

I would also like to know how bad Sas messes with the already hurting MPG.

Pretty sure Sas is a must... 4 door is a must, and really really want the 2.7...so my MPG is probably shot already..

Has this been 100% confirmed? I have this very question on a list for Ford that one of the more mainstream YouTubers is going to present to them for answers and make a new video when he gets the replies. In my book, one of the major draws for the Outer Banks trim is the painted body parts. I'll be pissed if the extended Sasquatch fenders aren't colored keyed on the OBX...

Not 100% sure, but I think that’s exactly the differences between those two models (minus wildtrak logos), so I’d assume same price.

Most states have laws that govern how wide the flares need to be in relation to tire width. They must not be offering painted flares for Sasquatch, so substitute the non painted and shorter one's.

It says they are higher clearance but not sure if that also means wider. If the 35s are wider than the 32/33 then maybe?

Sorry, didn't mean to infer that they 'extended outward' per-se.... but we do know for certain that they're different somehow than the stock fenders... so I want to know if they'll still be painted, or just black plastic parts pulled from the Sasquatch bin....

Yes !! It's the only one with P-rated tires which are more optimal for on-road comfort and performance !!

I think its pretty obvi the OB is for Soccer Moms. Tinted windows, carpet, body colored mirror caps. Its the GWagon on the cheap.

Ok, so I’m wondering how the body color mirror caps will look with cactus grey or any other color but black, because the arms that attach to the bronco will still be black. Anyone else concerned about this?

Most mirror mounts are black, so it wouldn't be too crazy for it to be like that.

Yes, they are wider. I don't know if they've specified how much, but they are to fit the larger tires.

Privacy glass (tint) is standard on the rear windows and back starting with Big Bend and up.

I'm not a soccer mom but am debating on the Outer Banks. I don't go off road that often but want a nice customizable body-on-frame SUV which is increasingly difficult to come by. I drove "real" SUVs in the 90s and am just not a fan of unibody crossovers.

I will probably end up with the Black Diamond because of the washout interior and body armor, but don't think the OB is just a poser-mobile. It's just a different use case of a very customizable architecture.
