Seems like some prices have to be lower than final pricing. Having hard time adding options to wildtrak to bridge it to FE total price. Besides lux package ($3.5k), leather ($1.5k est), steel bumpers/plates ($1.5k-$2k est), sway bar ($1k?), I’m not sure if that’s enough to bridge almost $12k in price difference. Maybe I’m missing something obvious.
Wildtrak does not have sway bar disconnect and therefore can never be optioned to match a FE. Badlands is closer in features and price to FE when maxed out.

I think you have nailed it here...what will be the invoice on these options? Because I don't think anyone on this board intends to pay MSRP if they can help it. Most people will have the x-plan at least to help save $$. Everything we are being shown is at MSRP.
Anybody from Ford (past or present) want to adopt a lonely fella from Idaho as a friend/family and help me get in on this fabled X-plan?? ?

so I'll end up at about 56k if I stick with just the soft top, which I think I will do for now, easier to go full open and no panels to deal with. And storing one or the other will be tricky in my cramped garage. Pretty much the price I expected to see. 4d Badlands, Sasquatch, Lux, tow package.
Lux at 5k is a bit more than I expected, but I want the better sound system or I'll hate myself :-D
I'll have to find out a bit more about the tow package, got that from 3rd party for my Tacoma for a lot less, but I want it tied in nicely. Is there more than just the hitch and some wiring included?
id be willing to bet drawtite will have a kit out at half the price with a nice plug and play harness.

No, the Sasquatch package only requires an automatic transmission so $1600 if you want to keep the 2.3L with the auto or $3500 if you want to get the 2.7L with the auto.
Did Ford officially change that? I thought you had to go with the 2.7L to get Sasquatch

These are the combos I’m looking at.

Big Bend 2 dr - $33,385
Mid - $1600
2.3L Auto - $1600
Sasquatch - $5000
$43,085 after destination

Big bend 2 dr - $33,385
Mid - $1600
2.7 auto - $3500
$39,985 after destination

Black Diamond 2 dr - $36,050
2.3 and auto - $1600
Mid Package - $1500
$40,650 after destination

Outerbanks 2 dr - $38,955
Lux - $3500
$43,955 after destination

outerbanks 2 dr - $38,955
Sasquatch - $5000
$45,455 after destination

outerbanks 2 dr - $38,955
High - $1200
$41,655 after destination

If I decide to get the Sasquatch, I’d probably get the outerbanks since it’s only a couple thousand more and comes with more stuff.

the decision becomes a bit tougher if I don’t get the squatch. Big bend with the 2.7 is the most powerful, black diamond gives me the most off-road stuff, and outerbanks with the high package gives all the tech stuff. All three of those are within ~$1600 of each other.

I think that is very likely and this pricing is another indication of exactly that. I have seen theories that spacers are used or that the Sasquatch provides more lift than the Badlands suspension. The shocks may have some adjustment capability, but there just doesn’t look like there is any upgrade price-wise beyond wheels and tires on the Badlands.
There is a height discrepancy and we know about the limited travel. Otherwise, we've been told they are the same and there was never reason to believe otherwise.

Are you saying that you think it's too expensive? That's pretty much spot on what everyone was projecting.
