yeah I would pay the SAS $2500 on the BL if I got to keep the 33's. since well you are already paying for them. eating that upgrade is stupid. I would rather keep the 33s base and then do the 35s on my own. The grearing isnt that big of a deal if you go A10 route, I get the hard core rock crawlers makes sense, but that is how much use?
Iā€™m feelIng the same way about if I got to keep the 33ā€™s, but I donā€™t want to change the tires and wheels after I buy it. Donā€™t care about the gearing either because although I will do some mild rock crawling it wonā€™t be rubicon level.

Sasq has front and rear locking differentials too in addition to wheels and suspension
badlands already has this standard, and the suspension. Your literally paying for just tires and wheels and not getting to keep and/or sell your 33ā€™s

I donā€™t think 3500 for the 2.7 and auto is that bad , to add auto to a Jeep is 2000

For those that are keeping their spreadsheets up to date, the Build & Price Planner Spreadsheet has been updated with all the survey prices for each trim thanks to @Chrome_Pony and @North7. Attachment below.

It doesnā€™t make sense that you can pay basically the same price for a 2.7 Sasquatch outer banks or a 2.7, Sasquatch, mid package big bend... ?

These prices are too high. Iā€™ll be a Beta driver and provide honest feedback for a discount ($3,000 PCO) on a new Bronco.

Donā€™t forget a new front and rear ring and pinion to get you the 4.7 final drive for squatch.
A 4.7 ring and pinion wouldn't cost any more $$$ than the ring and pinion they put in as standard. Even money swap, just a different ratio.

Ford should also keep in mind that this group is probably the most interested group and the vast majority of their future buyers for years to come will not be willing to pay premiums that just don't make sense. Gouging never works in the long run. Those companies who make a fair profit and listen to their customers normally prosper over time.
yep, feeling that myself

that and $2500 is too much for tires and wheel upgrade on the badlands. I know you get the other fender flares too but Jesus. I mean I thing about the fact that if Iā€™m paying that much I should get both sets of wheels and tires and both flares. I hate when a manufacturer up charges an amount that the add-ons actually cost then keep the lower package wheels and tires. Just my thoughts.
Look at the super duty tremor sport. Start with base wheels and no running boards to sport( low running boards and 20ā€ wheels, then to tremor( 18ā€ wheels with 35s and tight running boards). Paying for 3 sets of wheels/tires and 2 sets of running boards, but only receiving 1 set of each.

To all,

Wrangler pricing is not a reference point. Wranglers are extremely overpriced. You pay $60K for 90s Tech. So everyone saying that ā€œitā€™s on par with the Jeepā€ is not a good reference point.

Price on Options need to be reasonable and so far ā€œ$3700ā€ is not reasonable at all. Feels like Ford is taking advantage of the hype and the passion people have for this vehicle. You need to compare pricing to other Ford vehicles, options for the Bronco shouldnā€™t cost more nor less than what they do on other Ford trims, including the technology and the engine/transmission options.

$3700 for a V6, $2700 to get a 12ā€ screen, nearly $2000 to have a painted top (4D should come stock with hard top) and not adding paint costs, leather costs, etc opens up the door for other vehicle considerations or waiting for used market.

The moment I feel Ford taking advantage of a passionate group of buyers thatā€™s when I consider walking out. And itā€™s starting to feel like that.
Definitely taking advantage of all the hype. Might be staying team toyota. Also worries about what dealers are going to start doing.

It is half the price on Badlands as it is in the other trims....for way less than half the value. That is the issue. The cost diff between the tires and wheels on a Badlands standard and Badlands Sas is less than a grand...
Iā€™m not sure the price on the bronco tires. Tho in Canada I paid a little over 2000 for 5 Nitto ridge grapplers. They were 37x12.50x17

I'm still sticking with the BD
4 door $38545
2.3L w/ 10spd $1600
Mid Package $1500
Hard Top $700
Destination fee $1495
Total $43,840
Total with taxes $46,638.30
Right in line with what I was thinking. No SAS for me, just doesn't make sense for what I do. No need for a front locker for me and I can just throw on some 35's that will look and ride better than what will come from Ford anyways.
Essentially identical to what I've got spec'd out right now minus the tow package that I want to use for a hitch mounted bike rack. I'm also hoping the slide out tailgate comes in sub $400 but we'll see. Not holding my breath after seeing the survey prices.

With the Granger/Stephens $1,300 off invoice for X-plan member deal, and Massachusetts 6.25% sales tax, I'm looking at an OTD price of $45,062.

I need to sign up for the X plan to get some money off for sure, so that will bring it down $1300 at least. I can't forget to sign up for that haha
