Tried searching but didn't get any hits. Does anybody have knowledge of adding a PTO to drag implements around.

The answer is no... the 10spd doesn't have that provision... The 10spd does have it on the Superduty with the proper option.

I have not heard one single solitary word about Bronco having a PTO option.

As far as adding one ....no clue how that is done, if it can be. I thought they have to be integral with the transmission in order to operate properly.

This is one are where hybridization and electrification could be interesting. Use the electrics to run a hydraulic pump for implements or electric motorized implements. I recently built a front hitch mounted winch operated light duty grader for the front of my Comanche it can also be used as a drag. I like using vehicles to do more work than they were intended. I also want to build a type of crane for trimming coconut trees on the go. Have to make a flatbed first.

As far as the direct OP question. Normally PTOs are either transfercase or trans mounted. These do not appear to have either. That isnt to say you couldnt swap either component but it will take some engineering and computer wizardry for the vehicle to continue to work as is.
