If you upgrade to 37” tires you may need to turn off the AdvanceTrac.

i installed a 3” lift and 37” tires on a non-SAS BD and starting hearing a clicking noise on driver side while turning. Ford dealer indicated that the 37” tires “confuse” the AdvanceTrac and recommended turning it off. 4WP confirmed the diagnosis. To accomplish hold the traction control for 5 seconds.

I am curious if the same issue occurs for Sasquatch Broncos

I have had 37 on my Badlands Sasquatch for a year and haven’t heard of this, but definitely will be aware now

On road, off road, or both? I routinely turn mine off when in 4H.

Badlands sasquatch with 6100's at highest ring and 37's. No odd sounds. Drove it for about a thousand miles before calibrating speedo. No issues either way.
The alignment is a different story. A well known shop in Madison Wi screwed up the alignment and wrecked my tires.
It was so far off, chewed up tires in about 1500 miles.
The rear axle was off almost 3/4". Everything in the front was also way off. Getting new rear arms Thursday.

Very interesting. I haven't heard of this problem, interested if others have had it.

That's impressive to get a rear axle that far out.
It's a weird story. Too long to post the whole thing here. Here's a short version.
Took it back to the shop that installed lift and tires.
Without talking to me, they took it to another shop and left it there. I checked the Ford Pass app and saw it was at another shop.
Called and asked where my vehicle was. They got it back and told me they would pay to have it aligned at shop of my choice. Got it in writing along with an alignment sheet that said everything was aligned. Owner said he took it there because he didn't trust his alignment rack. Lol
New shop put it on the rack. Everything is way out and tires are shot.
Will be presenting everything to the original shop after its all done and handing them a bill for 4 new MT Baja Boss AT's 37x12.5 17 and an alignment. I will pay for the parts they should have installed originally.
The alignment sheet they gave me was a joke. Said f150 and "entered custom specs".
Should be good for court if I need it

Here's the alignment sheets. Check out the bullshit written on the one from the original shop.
I was told that the passenger side rear is a little under 3/4" forward of the driver's side.

The clicking is not normal. I would check to make sure that your axles are fully seated. Something is not right.

Have had 37's for over a year and never had an issue like this. Did you reprogram your speedo via FORScan so your Bronco "knows" you have 37" tires?
Good idea, in theory it should work, the BD has 32” stock tires so the 37” may be too much of a jump. Thx

People saying there's something wrong with the axle I think are misunderstanding that if turning off stability control fixed the sound, then the cause of the sound was in fact the ABS unit, not an axle or anything else. Now, as to why a tire change would be kicking the stability control in...that's odd.

Either way, turning off advanctrac is NOT a solution, mostly because doing so makes it so you can't use cruise control...
