Your build is very different from mine, but for us 4cyl manual guys with 4.46 gears ... on a do over I'd go smaller than 35's.
An actual 33 or the 285/70 would be the sweet spot for these gears.
The 2.7 and auto may handle 35's really well, but for my 2.3 manual, top gear became totally useless, even at Interstate speeds. It forces the motor into boost to maintain 78 mph and fuel mileage plummets.
Drop into 5th, 78mph = 2700 rpm, stays out of boost, fuel mileage goes back up to CLOSE to what it got stock.
*** just looked at the build specs for a 2.7 Badlands ... auto and 4.46 gears .... now that will be VERY interesting with 35's!!!
