Lift or no lift...the upper control arms can rub the back side of the tire. This is why Sasquatch wheels are +25
SAS wheels are +30mm.

78 is... considerably lower than what I would consider interstate speed, at least out west. Anything under 85-90 will have people passing you on both sides flipping you the bird.
Ehh, Indiana and it's 70 mph limit.... Once you hit 80 mph the cops come out of the woodwork.

Cool thing is, I did hit 90 mph cruising speeds when it was stock (30" tires) and this thing was rock solid STABLE!

As I recall, the speed rating on the new tires is only 90, so I don't care to push that envelope.
I suffered a catastrophic blow out in a K5 Blazer on I-8 in between Phx and Yuma back in the day.
I got EXTREMELY lucky it stayed rubber side down.
Don't care to tempt for a repeat of that.
It was .... impressive.

I grenaded a transmission on I-10 between Phoenix and Quartzite. It's posted 75. Left an 80 ft skid and put flat spots on two brand new tires.

I was hoping I could get a little help. I have a big bend with 33” tires. I want to upgrade to 35’s but would like to keep my original wheels. What tire spec should I get? Or is it worth replacing the rims? Thanks in advance.
Here is mine with 35 12.5 17s with 2.5 front and 1.5 rear lift.

I was going to do the 285/75 with the bb wheels but long story short...I sold my BB wheels & tires. I now have the SAS tires (315/70) on my non-sas bronco with a 2" lift. My new wheels are +35 with only the crash bar behind the front tires removed. I still have the front crash bars that are right behind the bumper in place and no rubs.
What lift did you end up going with? Doing the same setup to my BD

Any of you guys with 4.46 gears and 35's think it feels hard on the clutch? With 33's it felt perfect from a stop. These 35's just feel idk lol different
