Thanks, thinking of starting with sport. Either way, I’m sure it tightens trackingI actually have mine set to the tow/haul setting. I have a lot of added weight.
"full droop"? What did you have to do?I just added the factory parts to my ‘22 two door Sasquatch, bought from a fellow B6Ger who removed them from a '22 four door Sasquatch and it makes a big difference to me on the short wheelbase, especially the brake dive aspect. You’ll have to get the rear suspension in full droop, especially on a two door, to get it snaked in there up tight with the gas tank.
Lift up the rear of the Bronco by the frame until the tires come off the ground allowing the rear suspension to naturally drop down completely."full droop"? What did you have to do?
ohh. thanks. I've decided to do thisLift up the rear of the Bronco by the frame until the tires come off the ground allowing the rear suspension to naturally drop down completely.
I went ahead and ordered the OEM rear sway bar from Levittown Ford.
The rear way bar combined with my FP Bilstein lift and a LSD will make my 2 door quite lively on the street and high speed dirt driving.
I read that they come with the bar, so I skipped them.
Did you order NB3Z-5486-A retainers, or do they actually come with the bar?
Replying for continuity…Was anyone able to successfully install RSB on theirs?? I’m stuck because there’s a gas tank in the way and I can’t find a way to get past it
Older post but EXACTLY this!! Purchased my 2018 Raptor new from St. Louis MO dealer, (not paying West Coast ADMs), driving home cross-country coming down the I70 near Vail CO, definite pucker moments when I thought truck’s rear end was going to step out when hitting bumpy, wet curves at freeway speeds. Installed a Hellwig rear anti-sway bar and it really settled the rear end down. Drove much more planted/solid after that. Will be considering for Bronco as well.Your butt is telling you to slow down in the turns. lol. I went from an M3 to my Raptor I thought I was going to die. lol. It took some time to learn how to hustle a 6000lb soft suspension top heavy truck with 35" tires. Now I am comfortable with it and confident in it's limits.
