So apparently you can't use Ford Pass Points along with any discount. I couldn't find it anywhere on the site, but it wouldn't work with the current 15% off. I called the customer service number and they confirmed.

Jeez Ford is ridiculous. Nothing is easy.Got an email for 20% off accessories last week. Ordered an item and was able to use my ford pass points. It was originally $409 minus 20% made it $347.65 then after my points and tax it only cost $145.37 shipped to my dealer. Got an email this morning its in.

Did you chose to use Ford Pass points before getting to the discount code part? Otherwise, it just seems to have credit cards as the only option.Got an email for 20% off accessories last week. Entered discount code first. Then under payment options it let me select points. It only redeemed $200 max then I entered my card for the rest.Did you chose to use Ford Pass points before getting to the discount code part? Otherwise, it just seems to have credit cards as the only option.
I just tried it again. Now when I put the code in the selection for points disappears. Oh well.Entered discount code first. Then under payment options it let me select points. It only redeemed $200 max then I entered my card for the rest.
I used my points a few days ago online on accessories you should be good to go!So, I just got a big dump of FordPass Points in my acct since I purchased my Bronco recently. Good timing, as I saw this article the other day saying we can now redeem online instead of at dealership only. It says we can order from accessories.ford.com starting a few days ago, but I only see an option to pay by credit card. Has this been delayed a bit or anyone here have luck redeeming online yet?
