Reservation Confirmed!

I have a reservation number (And screen shot of my reservation) and the $100 hit my credit card but no confirmation email yet. Was a few hours ago. Anyone else have that happen?

Ditto, 2 hours no email. ButI took a screen shot of mine. I might have to steel my wifes reservation. Lol

You can switch dealers when you convert from reservation to an order. The order window will open up and you call Ford and tell them the dealer change desired BEFORE you order. Then a few days later, you get a confirmation of change at which point you convert your reservation into an order. This is how the MachE res/order has been executed.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I logged in to check my account and it shows the reservation but the date isn’t displaying correctly. It’s super weird. I’m trying to figure out how long to wait before calling my dealer.

I never got an email but the reservation shows up in my Ford account and the dealer emailed me today. 4-Dr FE 10118xxx UT.

Finally received an email confirmation from Ford. The email's time stamp is 335am today, July 15. The "order date" on the confirmation is July 14, though the order was placed Monday, July 13 at 1039pm EDT.
