My rocker panels and doors are totally trashed from stones. I live on dirt roads… 15,000 miles in and I need paint already. Ford clearly didn’t give a crap about this.

Regarding paint chips from the Sasquatch tires, most people choose either - PPF (paint protection film), mud flaps, or different tires. If you'd like to look over a variety of different posts regarding that, just click here.

I personally went with full PPF, because I take it off-road a good amount, as well as some Gatorback mud flaps. I like being able to quickly remove the bottom half of the mud flaps to gain some ground clearance back. When I'm just daily driving, the flaps stay on full time.
Care to share what you paid for the PPF and if you covered only the lower portion or the all painted surfaces?

I've had everything but the swing gate covered, which is lucky, because I'm getting my swing gate replaced with the rattle TSB.
Paid around $2700 for all of it done professionally.

Yep it’s a known problem. I have the stock running boards and added the Mabett mud flaps and haven’t had any chips so far.

Start by getting rid of those Goodyear tires, I went to BFGOODRICH KO2'S, love them and what a difference.
I run nitto ridge grapplers. No stone or rock problems with them. Best tires I’ve run in long time. I prefer them to the KO2s as well.

I have running boards and PPF on the bottom. Hoping that helps with the chips

The Gatorbacks are really expensive but worth it to prevent this exact problem. They're probably 95% effective at blocking the rocks.

Hard to believe this is still news now. Anyone that has even passively followed this forum would know that front mud flaps are a 'must have' for anyone with a SAS packaged Bronco. So many people advised me to make that one of my first mods that I had them waiting in the garage before my Bronco was built.

Even the picture in the Build&Price shows the rooster tail on the door:

Design problem? The wide stance is what gives the Bronco it's look. Sounds more like a poor choice of flaps if you travel on mostly gravel roads.

I've got the Weathertechs on mine and they seem to be working just fine. Be sure you have the correct ones for your model.
they are the correct ones I ordered them directly from weather tech , made sure they were for the sasquatch model

Yeah, I had installed the Gatorback mud flaps initially and they worked awesome, and looked "decent" for mud flaps. However I prefer without for aesthetics and ground clearance, so I removed them once I installed my rock sliders from @GoatFab - They've been on for a few months now, and have done a good job on protecting the sides as well as the benefit of being a step for shorter folks and looking badass!
