Any suggestions on a roof rack for 4dr soft top?
I have looked around and found a few but was curious if anyone preferred a certain brand.
Ski season is approaching and want to get a roof rack to haul the planks around. Feel free to share ski racks as well.

Hi everyone sorry I haven’t been as active on Bronco6G but we’ll be making a concentrated effort to the group where it all started. I’d be more than happy to answer any questions but here’s a few basics:

-We work on either soft or hard top
-We work on 2 or 4 door (including Raptor) options
-We have a static load of 800 and dynamic of 500
-We are removable/reversible/modular

if you want to check us out please visit www.raketdesigns.com

thanks,
Derick

Can I ask what you ended up going with? I am in the market at the moment for a 4dr soft top black diamond.

Not OP, but I opted for the cheaper non-brand of that same rack and it seems pretty good, especially for the money. Currently $135.

Looking at the parts lists and product photos, they're all the same so just go with whatever's the lowest price. That said, it's a surprisingly decent solution. Brackets are sturdy and seem like they won't mar the paint. I plan on keeping the cage-side brackets on all the time and will remove the bars via the 8 exposed bolts on the sides when I want to use the top. With a 5mm hex bit in the drill and box wrench it's a 5 minute job.

The crossbars are quiet at speed but cause some serious wind buffeting in the soft top with the windows closed. Open the driver's window about 4-5 inches and the buffeting disappears. Have not yet tested with the windows closed and the soft top headliner installed.
