Just converted a Granger order 7/7/21... I'm the 2nd owner of a 19 edgeST loaded with about 20k miles...I can currently get nearly 10k over what I paid from carmax! Knowing the bronco may be a year out (and also knowing I have a work van I can use until it arrives if the edge is gone), do I sell the edge now or keep enjoying it until the bronco shows?! 1st world problem lol

Same here. I wouldn’t even be looking for a Bronco if I wasn’t getting offered about 4K more than my car is worth. I’m just hoping the market is still in my favor once my Bronco is built. But if it takes too long, I might just have enough of a monster down payment that it won’t matter.

Sometimes it’s worth selling it now, if you can buy a cheap POS to get you through until your Bronco is built. Gotta weigh the pros and cons.

I just sold my 4Runner for 10k more than I paid 2 years ago! I couldn't pass up a deal like that. Can't imagine that pace of appreciation will continue, but who knows. I sold to Vroom. It was really smooth and they were by far the highest offer.My Bronco should be here any day!!! Lets go!

According to one of the auction houses prices went down for the first time in forever a couple percentage points.

I traded my truck in thinking my Raptor would be built next week along with the Bronco but it got pushed. The truck is worth more than the Bronco but luckily in Texas we can use that to cover the cost of the Bronco for tax purposes and apply the left over to the Raptor and then trade my wife's car in once the Raptor gets delivered. I am just worried we will lose some money on her trade in. Carmax is offering us more than we paid for her BMW so I want to get rid of it as well and just drive my dads old F250 for a couple months

I'm in the same position with a 2019 Escape...
It's still depreciating like the vanilla, 1 built every minute, Ford I've ever owned....
Hoping my Bronco shows up in a month or two.
Of course, the dealer is gonna try to rake me on it for a trade in.

Yea sell now, I read an article this morning that the Auto Auctions saw peak prices in June and noticing a decline now. Probably very slow but it’s happening.
