I put my bronco into neutral and then hit 4lo. I gave it about 3 seconds and then put it in drive and it the gas. I think it made a little noice and then I stopped driving and it said it went back to 4A. I did it again and waiting a little longer to make sure it engaged. This time it did but there was a slight odor that lasted a inure to two.

I did not but will definitely do that next time
did you check for any leaks? I’d crawl underneath and just do a visual inspection.

Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? I can look into things on my end.
