[Solved] Air flow to the floor?

When I put my A/C or heat on the floor setting, it barely blows out down there at all. It all comes out of the top of the dash and the defroster vents. What's going on? Has anyone else had this problem? Is it just a design flaw?

Ah, yes.

The insane Bronco HVAC finds another victim. You have to turn on the floor and dash vents, then manually close the dash vents if you want air to the floor boards.

It's "Working as Intended".
