My idea, piggybacking on these ideas WITH the xipex idea Thread 'Xipex® Bronco Sunglasses Holder is On Sale.' https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/xipex®-bronco-sunglasses-holder-is-on-sale.51005/
...

Take the center console oem tray and vhb taping it above the visor. Probably need to cut the lip off one side, no big deal
1. I already have all the ingredients
2. My center console tray isn't being used since it was replaced by another tray
No, that looks kind of ugly to me. I’ll pass

I used Alien Tape to secure these above the visor. There's plenty of room up there. It kind of hides away up there. Spare glasses ride comfortably in there. Leaving them on the dash is not an option - they get too hot and might be a tempting reason to break in and poke around.

ooh.... this would solve the doggo jumping into the front seat during loading issue too.....
I like the grab handle zipper bag but I refuse to buy aftermarket products with ridiculous branding all over it. Hey @Mabett can you make this without a giant logo patch?

I felt the same but purchased a pair anyway. They actually look good, are functional, and don't block the view of the sky. I give them two thumbs up!

I bought this and it works perfectly.

Amazon Maxzina Sunglasses holder

I had the "visor clip" for a while and it just got in the way. This works so well, I might get one for the passenger side too.

That's cool. My idea was for people that were going to buy the maxina holder anyway, they can repurpose a part they already have. I was using your post as a source for the part.

I think this is a great idea, but I have two suggestions. Use adhesion promoter before applying the 3M VHB, as I have had a hard time getting a sunglass case to adhere long term in the same spot. Second, toss a soft cloth in the bottom of the tray to protect your glasses. The Maxzina version is made of a soft, malleable plastic that already does a nice job keeping them safe.

Took a spare Oakley case and some 3M adhesive tape. Looks good, works great. The natural bend in the back acts like a hinge. Keeps the Flak 2.0XLs right where I need it. Looks bigger in the photo but really works well and keep access to both the roof panels and aux switches clear.
