It has taken a fair amount of time and I am not sure how long I will be continuing to do this (at least Christmas). So I have been trying for an hour to track my car through the CSX phone number, after multiple tries using the voice prompt and even with the keypad (CNA=23 62 21) it keep giving me results for car BNA 711912 (not CNA 711912 which is my number)

Hi Railcar friend! We are on the same railcar and I have a problem and call like three times a day. Mine is coming to caldwell, NJ. Up until yesterday it said it would be arriving in twin oaks, PA on 12/2 and now it says 11/30. I attached a map because I have no life Let me know if this helps a little bit and I will continue to update you as I continue to call them 5x a day

I'd suggest asking someone or another dealership for help finding it, you just need access to Ford's database, and once you have that you can see all the information. Here's what mine looked like.

Is it normal for the rail cars to travel back and forth? Mine has gone from Michigan down to Ohio, then down to Kentucky, back to Ohio, then Indiana and now is somewhere in Illinois. It doesn't seem like its getting much closer to Idaho. Sorry in advance for my lack of knowledge in this area

Yep CSX is like that. Once it gets to Union Pacific it is better.

Same experience with CSX. Bounced around for TEN days in Ohio/Kentucky. Once UP picked it up it made more regular and direct progress (and I had a much easier time with the UP automated operator understanding me).
