I don't know. I've only owned and driven Ford vehicles, I've gotten friends and my now-wife to get a Ford, but for the first time ever, I'm looking at bailing and getting a non-Ford. I'm generally a loyal customer to companies that treat me right (same cell carrier for nearly 20 years!), but despite the pandemic, they've have a year to plan since the reveal (when the pandemic was already in full swing), and still this launch is a mess.As am I. And it’s precisely why they’ll survive the inconsistency on this. It’s the converts that may not hold on for ride and they’re worth a lot more.
