Just my opinion but see what news you all have. With Stellantis rumoring massive MSRP cuts and 10's of thousands of new 2024 broncos still sitting on lots, I'm feeling I should just wait a few months to buy. They are NOT moving high cost vehicles right now, and it's only getting worse. I think we're seeing the collapse of the car market that was sure to happen after then insane high in the market a couple years ago. I'm already seeing high level badlands for 10 to 15k off (Have a quote IN HAND for a lux badlands hardtop sasquatch for $54,995 Right now). If Stellantis DOES slash MSRP's that much, everyone else is going to have to follow (Only diehard bronco lovers are going to buy a bronco when a similar jeep is $20,000 less) Thoughts?

Sure there is, for example, we guessed the market was going to go nuts, and bought a new 2020 expedition MAX with max tow for 51k out the door including taxes. They shortly went up 20k after that. So that was definitely the right time to buy there, the wrong time to buy was 2021 to about 2023, as prices were way over market due to high demand and low supply. Well that's flip flopped, theres a huge supply and low demand right now. My local dealership has 53 new 2024 broncos on their lot....

All the possible gains you could make by waiting could just as easily be wiped out by tariffs or inflation.

Im not saying thats certain - just possible. With ‘25s coming very soon prices may move a bit, but i doubt they drop much lower as Ford is starting to cut production.

If you got a quote now and are happy with it and its in your means - then even if the price does drop later just realize you paid so you could have more time to enjoy it, so it wasn't wasted.

53 Broncos on the lot? Damn! The pendulum will swing back and forth, to your point buyers look to have the upper hand after years of price gouging.

I'd wait.

Ford dealers wanted to gouge back when I wanted to order in '22, the base went on indefinite hold, and nobody could tell me any real lead time if I ordered. Completely annoyed, I ordered my '23 JL from Granger well under list instead, and WELL under the price of theoretical marked up Broncos (and got it in 43 days). Immediately after, the prices on Jeeps kept rocketing upward, along with Bronco.

It's unsustainable, and the lots are showing it. Where pricing goes is anyone's guess, but I've heard of cuts coming on Jeeps. Ford has made my dream 2-door Bronco a $60K rig now, and I'm not seeing the value.

I'd wait if it were me, but I must admit that price you have on the Badlands sounds like a damn good price.

I will say, I just saw a Jeep commercial last night stating 10% off MSRP on Wranglers. So who knows.

Kinda feel like you answered your own question regarding timing- it's luck. Do you want us to guess what the market is going to do? Sure,, you could wait or Ford could also wait on production, the economy picks up and everyone is flush with cash, meanwhile, Ford is still ramping up the assembly lines. If a car is a want, sure, play the game. I needed transportation, my lease was up, new what I wanted and negotiated a good deal as determined by my opinion at that time...

I was going back and forth on buying a bronco but knew what I wanted if I got one. That was a black diamond with the 2.7, well after looking at the options list for a 2025 model I realized a black diamond with the 2.7 did not exist for the 2025 model year. That along with 9k off the sticker was a push to purchase knowing I might not be able to get what I want later and if I needed to go to a higher end package to get the 2.7 it would no longer be a 54k MSRP, but closer to 60K MSRP.

Stellantis HAS TO cut prices because nobody wants their shitty shit lol. They just had their CEO resign over it..
With GM stock price up 22% in the last year, while Ford's stock has dropped 29% over the same time, can't believe Farley still has a job.

IMO, if you found your dream vehicle and are happy with the price, just go for it. That same car may not be there a month from now. Interest rates will be coming down which will help boost sales so what you think is a glut in the market now may dry up fairly quick.

If you've got a Bronco picked out in the trim you want, the color you want, the engine/transmission you want, and at a great price, then I recommend you jump on it.

No telling how Ford will change build options tomorrow.
