Curious... anybody got suggestions for an OBX Tire Upgrade? 2 door Cactus Grey . Would like to keep the original OBX wheels I think, but maybe some tires that look a bit more beefier... Don't want huge tires, or tires with big lugs and road noise... I will stand back and listen to recommendations and maybe some pictures?

I like my Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 275/70R18. Slighly bigger but not outrageously so.

I swapped badlands wheels/tires onto my OBX. For less than I could have bought 5 tires and mounting balancing. My main reason was the different offset, wider 17” wheels which opens up more tire options. Plus I don’t really care for black wheels. These are 285/70/17 for size reference. The nitto recon grapplers look amazing (these are not)and have great reviews

Thanks so much! Great idea! Maybe I might luck out and find a Badlands owner in the Atlanta area that is looking to upgrade their wheels and tires!

You will be happier long term if you pick your tires based on intended use rather than looks.

Thanks! For sure that is great guidance and suggestion! Not looking to lose gas mileage, gain more road noise.... may be chasing a unicorn!

BFG A/T are awesome for the street and dirt. Suck in the mud ...Work well on wet roads too and can be found in many many sizes and widths. Excellent tires I think.

Any tire that will climb the curb at the mall should work fine.

Thank you! Wheels look nice, but I am trying to avoid buying new wheels if possible!
