Top Color, are Black and White our only options?

Hopefully we'll also have a Gray or Tan Top.

With that said, can one of our Great Photoshop Members do some images with Body & Top Colors like Ford has offered it the past on Broncos...... please.

What a GREAT question. Body color - Top - and seats really comprise "the look". I've been a pretty loud complainer about the initial paint color chart released...it sucks bigly.

If you're a fan of softer, brighter exterior colors, many of those will be nicely complemented with a tan top/seats.

Gloss white with crappy lighting would be my guess. It's just reflecting the floor and other neutral colors from the room.

Rust color will have to be aftermarket I'm thinking. Odds are the tops will all be synthetic polymer of some kind, with or without paint/dye.
