Sta-Bar Disconnect Drive Below 20 MPH Service Now

Had to get towed back to dealership 90minutes into ride home

Said they are 85% sure it's a sensor issue. Parts on order, week or two.

Did it every get fixed? I too had towed first week this happened and no fix but I am now sure there is not actually a physical problem. If fixed, how?

Ouch. Sucks that it won't let you drive above 20, it's not like you really need one in the first place. I removed my sway bar entirely and it handles better than my 4runner that has two of them.

Dealer said it’s the actuator for the stabilizer.. idk what that is but they’re replacing Friday. Will let you guys know if it works

I agree you dont need one but if you are lifted at all that sway bar helps emensley especially on highway and crosswinds. I installed a rear sway bar for that reason. Night and day. Easy to disconnect if off roading.

I saw a post recently where someone said their sta-bar electrical connection was loose from the factory and essentially just needed to be pushed back together tightly.
