I'm going to be selling my hard top and replacing it with either the TrekTop or the Bestop and I could use some help deciding.
Does anybody have an idea when Mytop will have colored bronco tops available? They haven't even started shipping the black one yet, although they say that production starts this fall. My guess would be a year or more. Thoughts?
Those of you who have had the Trektop, do you think it offers a better or worse open air experience than a top that folds down in the back, like the Mytop or the OEM soft top? I want max convertibleness. I think it looks a little funny folded back since it does not go all the way down, but on the other hand it rests on the cross bar, thereby utilizing that closed space for top storage and maximizing the openness. Also, does the Trektop create wind on the freeway with the top down? It's not behind the windshield because it isn't folded all the way back like the OEM top or Mytop. My thought is that maybe it blows around and is annoying.
What are people selling hard tops for these days generally? They were pretty expensive a while ago but I'm wondering if that might have gone down now that there are other options. FYI I'll probably list mine for sale here in a few months when whichever soft top I chose arrives.
