If I removed the plastic flare, I would be measuring to the bottom of the fender roll. I just figured that’s what was meant so I subtracted an inch. Otherwise I would be at 26.5” and 27”, and that can’t be right with non-Sas springs on non-Sas shocks. I’ve only got the perch collar lift in rear.

Just measure to the metal fender, like if the flare wasn’t attached.

Need at least 1" more in the rear. Going to try the 4dr/V6 Sasquatch coils on my Bilsteins. I don't think I've seen anyone try that yet.

You didn't buy matching Icon rear shocks? That's like buying non alcoholic beer...

We covered this, I'm cheap. The idea was 2" in the front from the Icons and 1" in back from a spacer and send it.

I will say I can already tell a big improvement in ride quality with the Icons.

4 Tires Kanati Mud Hog M/T 39X12.50R17 on ebay for $1729.99 I really had a hard time buy 37s when 39s are just a few hundred more!

We covered this, I'm cheap. The idea was 2" in the front from the Icons and 1" in back from a spacer and send it.

I will say I can already tell a big improvement in ride quality with the Icons.

We will see who's budget build is better in Moab or who's beer survives the ride.

It's a good thing I have to DD it or it might be on the table.

I just can't find the sweet spot. I'm at 26" all around now, but it still looks too high in front. The Sasquatch rear coils were about half inch longer unloaded and good for about an inch installed.

I'm thinking I'll get the winch on and see if the front settles out a bit more before deciding the next step.

Got the winch mounted, except the last bolt crossthreaded. This is why we can't have nice things.

At least the DV8 skids installed easily.

I slept on it and I think I have a plan. The winch weight had no perceptible affect on the front height. I'm going to drop back down to the zero groove, but cut some 1/4" UHMW spacers to sit on either end of the coil to bump it back up. I like the rear at 26" and would like to get the front to 25.5", it's closer to 26.5" right now.

The alternative would be to go back to my BL coils, but the little extra stiffness of the V6/4dr coils feels really nice.

Kudos to Warn. I called to get the specs on the mounting bolt kit so I could order it myself. Instead they're just sending me a new set free.

I got 5.25" tire to fender measurements from a stock Sasquatch and compared to mine, I'm at 9.5"! That's on the 1.3" lift groove.

So plowing forward with the UHMW spacer idea. The 1st and 2nd groove are exactly 1" apart. Since I want to split my lift roughly in half and hit the 2-2.5" range, I'm going to split that 1" with 1/2" worth of spacer and see how it looks.

There is a decent lip on both the perch and hat so it should support a thin spacer just fine. Probably go 1/4" each or 1/8" on top and 3/8" on the bottom. I'll cut a few so I can experiment.

Why not stack washers under the lower a-arm bolts? I would say buy a $50 leveling kit but that cost money.
