Turn-signals in outside mirrors?

So, this is a benign but curious issue for me...

So, some pics show turn signals on a certain model, but then the next pic of that same model, the turn signals are not pictured... I've went thru the Ford Order Guide dated 1/19/2021 (link attached) and see no reference to these??

Thoughts? (and no, not opinions of having turn signals on outside mirrors but rather if IT IS or IS NOT an ACTUAL feature)
