We placed an order on April 14, 2022. Ford told dealership they were allowed to order 18 more 2022 Broncos.To be fair, you haven't been able to place an order since March and won't be able to until some time in Q4 unless you have a reservation or an order already in place.
They got a doozy of an email from me.Here’s my advice. Big companies hate when high level executives have to deal with problems because all of those problems become massive headaches for mid-level management. Write a polite email, include a complete timeline, and all documentation. Copy everyone below, and ask for a specific resolution. In the case, that request is for the dealer to honor the original agreement.
