Gas prices was just final straw.
main reasons
1- only 3500lbs tow rating
2- removing features while raising price
3- worried about sub par chips do to shortage
4- audio quality even with lux package
5- orange isn’t really orange. not big deal but still
That Said still plan on getting one eventually but hoping Things will improve with future models "

agreed I should have included all the information but I do have emails from just a couple weeks ago saying I was good to go and will be notified when in production

Yeah I would bundle up all of the emails as PDFS make a google drive or drop box for them and publicly shame the dealer if this is the case. I'd post the link to all of the forums and maybe even throw a watermark on the files for good measure.

I would CC everyone with those emails - if they did in fact confirm that you were all set, maybe someone didnt get the memo or saw that it was cancelled. Terrible situation, I hope you find some resolution.

Don't you think the fact that you previously canceled this order with your dealer is particularly relevant to your situation? Omitting it from your story does a disservice to all parties involved.

Of course the dealer kept the order when you canceled with them.
Of course the dealer dealt it to someone else with tacked on ADM.
Of course you lost all leverage when you changed your mind and wanted to keep the canceled order

The entire Bronco delivery process didn't stop.....just the fact that it was being sold to you. You will most likely still get Bronco status updates on your canceled order as well as the picture of it coming off the line. Painful for sure.

I don't see a window sticker for that VIN ... you would normally see one around a week before it is scheduled to be built, and it sticks around for a while after the car has been sold.

Yes they agreed to sell it to me at MSRP and I put a deposit down. The emails to Ford executives is what got it done
