Anyone else feel like they need to paint their mic top black to match the sunrider now?

Yes, I considered this. I would think a thin spray of bedliner would be an ideal coating for the mic top without adding too much weight.Anyone else feel like they need to paint their mic top black to match the sunrider now?
The first two pictures are with the plastic washer installed.Any photos?
The Sunrider is held to the truck with 4 bolts and to the rear top section with 4 more. The four bolts to the truck would be fine without the rest of the top, but I think the rear bow that bolts to the plastic top couldn’t take it without twisting. How much extra work does it take to remove the entire top with this installed? Any chance of running the sun rider with the rear top removed altogether?
Sorry for the delay, the top that I received was damaged. There was some plastic pieces inside the box so I sealed it up and shipped it back. Bestop was very accommodating. I decided to wait until they got through some of the older inventory so I just recorded today. I'll post once I install the top.Following this thread, thinking about getting one too.
What was the issue?
For those with an imperfect fit / gap were you 2dr or 4dr?
My experience with the BESTOP so far has been positive.I decided to order the Twill based on responses from people on this thread, having good/great experiences. Also, Bestop has responded on this thread and seems to be working to make things right for folks who have had issues with their top.
I will continue to watch for updates from those who have experienced issues. Reality is, things happen. No excuses, just expectations and understanding.
When a company steps-up to take good care of their customers, it says a lot about that company.
It's threads like this the makes this Board so useful.Good info in this thread. I may get this top.
