Anyone with experience using a WaterPort? How about the hitch option? I’m trying to think through better options for my two door. It’s pretty tight on expeditions inside, so I end up scrimping on water. I am considering a half rack to carry some rotopax, but am intrigued by the WaterPort. Also looking at Dometic and HydroPak bladder. Both need some sort of mounting solution though, which inside means up near the roof or beside one window (up off the floor). Just wondering what creative options people have developed and real world experience with the WaterPort.

I have the WaterPort Day Tank, and have it on my @GOBI Racks. I like it a lot and have had it for about a year. I have attached a video about the new SeaSucker Mount for the Water Port.

On my 2 door with seat delete I keep a dometic GO laying horizontal on the JCR interior cargo basket, and I have a 2 gallon rotopax mounted on a builtright driver side cargo molle panel. That works great for me, nice and slim. I also can put a 2 gallon rotopax on my hammerbuilt tailgate reinforcement.

I was highly considering the dometic faucet setup, but ended up finding this on Amazon. Bought it during black friday and it will be what I use for the time being. Set it up the other night and it seemed to work very well. Also was able to find a matching second tank minus the pump.

As for mounting I have a 4 door so doesn't help much but I plan to strap them to my rear cargo shelf.

I also looked into the waterport with the hitch mount. But based off the reviews I decided it didn't seem like a good option unless I had a rack to mount it off.

I'm looking into fabricating a mount similar to this to keep a rotopax in the rear cargo area.

That's very nice! To carry / have some water available, I get it...

To shower or rinse that's the ticket!!!

Thanks for sharing....👍👍
I will only use the rinsekit for non-drinking water. I carry a 7 gallon blue jug in the bronco for drinking.

Any reason you won’t use for drinking water?

I should have been clearer.... of course. We all carry our drinking water.

Just like the complete shower setup.

Thanks for keeping this thread straight! Don't want anyone mislead...👍

Are you still using your rinsekit? What do you have it mounted to? Any issues with it? I'm planning on either getting this, or the rinsekit cube and just strapping it down in the back somewhere.
Yea I still have it. I have it mounted to my GFC v2 RTT via their awning mounts. So far zero issues. Works perfectly every time and it’s rugged. A big plus that I don’t need to pressurize it via an air compressor and it holds constant pressure from start to finish.
