What’s your bronco backup plan?

If for some reason delivery falls through and it can’t be delivered by summer my plan is to either get the Bronco Sport (if available), Ranger Tremor or last resort an Edge ST to match my wife’s. I’m all In For my 4dr BD though, I just can’t wait much past September though as my company lease is up and I will need a new car

Ive committed so much time to this drawn out process that unfortunately any other car I get I would hate knowing all the wasted time spent here. Even if it was a better fit than the Bronco. Total psychological warfare on Fords behalf. There isn’t any turning back now

maybe if I stopped posting so much and checking for updates it would be easier to turn back

If the Bronco doesn’t work out for me (only way that’s happening is if my dealer tries to screw me at delivery time), it’s a toss up between F250 regular cab and a wrangler.

I’ve been disappointed with how Ford has handled everything thus far. Lack of transparency with community and dealerships, delayed B&P, and shitty marketing.

I’d like a bronco, don’t need a bronco. If any more delays I’m likely going with an FJ.

I've been wanting to upgrade from my corolla and spent a couple months looking around. Thought about a truck, an SUV, or luxury sedan and test drove a couple. Was very undecided and didn't love any options. Had basically decided to remain with my corolla until I saw the Bronco. If the B&P gets too high or a dealer screws me I'll keep the corolla but at this point I'm all in.

So obviously some people are unhappy with the choices Ford has made.. ranging from interior colors, manual trans availability to potential lacking sufficient rear a/c vents.

If you don’t go with a Bronco, what is your alternative vehicle choice?

Test driving new Ford 150 October 28 as part of an invite I received from them. Of course I’ll be asking all Bronco questions!

I still check Japanese auctions daily for Land Cruisers. Pretty far back as a backup plan. Especially since we just picked up a 2021 4Runner this week.

Well I have a 01 Ford f350. Love that truck. Wife loves her jeep so she's keeping it. I'm getting a 2 door black diamond. She will give the Jeep to the boy when her starts driving in a few years. She will get something new. But then last Thursday she did this. So now she is thinking 4 door bronco or a new jeep.

Damage wasn't that bad flipped it upright and drove it home. But my wife is a car whore. She loves cars trucks classics to brand new. So it just gives her an excuse to get something new. I just shake my head and say sure thing babe whatever you want.
