I searched and came up empty handed, so if something like this exists already sorry!

I’m curious since we’re all a ways from actually getting to drive our Broncos and we all have different reasoning for purchasing one. What is your hold over vehicle that is going to get you by before the Bronco lands in your driveway? Please share :)

For me the Bronco is a year round Mustang convertible. Given our short summers I could not justify another summer only drop top car and I’d been contemplating a new Stang Vert for a few years....with the Bronco it all just made sense, I can justify adding it to the stable in my head since it can be used all the time.

So as I’ve done for many years on a nice sunny day I’ll be driving our ‘72 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royal Convertible. It’s got 99k miles on it and runs like a dream! Floats over the road and you can steer with a pinky. I typically put 1.5-2k miles on it every year from April to October. Seeing as how I have no shortage of vehicles to drive its fun to spread the miles out.

We are giving our stimulus checks to the body shop to try and save our 80 Eagle from the rust monster that is the pacific ocean winds. Hopefully by summer time ....

My wife is driving my old car, a 2010 Mercury Milan until the Bronco arrives.

I love that car. One of 459 with the Voga appearance package (chrome grille, white seats, and leftover Lincoln wheels)

I'm keeping my Flex so we can have two retro-inspired, boxy Fords

A 2017 F-150 and 2001 corvette. Selling corvette in the spring - too tough to get in and out of. May buy a Wrangler to hold me over if it looks like I can't get a Bronco until 2023.

Covid...

We are both working remote at home so have not really needed two cars since March of 2020.

Will drive the mustang here and there but mostly drive our escape. I have no problems daily driving the mustang as long as it is not going to be more than 6mo and glad I will get past winter it seems before heading back into the office some time later this year.

Keeping the '01 VW Cabrio and ditching the Mazda CX-7 that is falling apart 😬 Using a little Hyundai Elantra as a reliable DD....even though I cannot stand the CVT and want to drive it into the ocean on a regular basis 😂

I sold my truck while the used market is still high for about 5k more than it was worth a year ago. Bought an 09 Chevy Traverse for like 2k to drive in the meantime. Plus. I can use the company truck for personal use. Once the weather gets nicer, I'll be driving my 84 K5 rustbucket with the top off mostly.

392 Scatpack Challenger. It's not a matte finish, the dew was perfect that morning.

I am still debating on trying to refi this car to keep it, or just trade it.
