I stuck with my original small dealer and updated my order to HE… each dealer rep was as clueless as the other… my dealer maintains the MSRP promise and the guys have been honest to the best of their ability… it blows my mind how little these chaps know about what they are selling…Since you mentioned talking to a couple of dealers I am curious if you placed a new order or updated an old order or reservation to a HE?
I appreciate it.Granger responded back to me this morning, they don't have any internal dealer memo about the Standard HE's being "limited" outside of all the situations that I've brought up (customer demand, parts availability, overall dealer allocation, etc.)

COVP is just a way Ford is holding dealers accountable. Make sure orders are legit customers. Its a place where your dealer will input your name, address, email, phone #, order number. need to submit a signed DORA or buyers order along with DL. Ford will review it and approve it as long as all the information in correct. Simple process. Ford will send your dealer a confirmation email, usually within seconds. The dealer can forward it to you, but you really do not need it whatsoever as a customer.
Priority code means nothing as long as its 10-19.
This is meant to weed out some of the orders that are bogus and clogging up the order banks. Also forces dealership to communicate with customers making sure they are getting the correct build.
You need to go back and talk to the sales manager and make sure they know there's two versions of the HE. One is literally Limited but the standard is not restricted to order from everything I've read.I'm with Chapman and was told they would not get a Heritage model.
They received 0 Everglades for 2022.
I don't care about late availability -and at this point I really don't careabout price protection ------ but I really need ford to let me move my allocation to a different dealer.
