No, used rubber stoppers. Sas wheels were easy, i wrote down everything somewhere. The BRaptor required a little engineering. Thought about making half a dozen sets and selling them. This is a much better/safer idea than the guy on B6G who "secured" 3 more wheel studs and lugs, with glue to make it look more complete
Did you just 3D print these yourself?
If you find that the rack is inconvenient to open the tailgate with then shoot me a message. I made this adapter plate and tailgate limiter to attach 1up racks to the spare tire.I finally get to post here. Kuat Pivot v2 bike rack swing out and 1Up bike rack. Room for 4, but use every other tray for room when just two of us.
Very cool. Did you do the fabrication?I made this adapter plate and tailgate limiter to attach 1up racks to the spare tire.
I have had two bikes on it plus most of my body weight and was able to significantly shake the whole bronco with no flex to the tailgate or rack. I have no concerns on its strength.Any concern about the loading @bb163? That is a lot of force and a lot of torque especially with two bikes added to a heavy tire itself. It does look like you did an aftermarket tire/gate reinforcement/replacement. Good call if so. Regardless, not sure I would wheel very hard with the rack or rack+bikes.
You beat me as I was editingI have had two bikes on it plus most of my body weight and was able to significantly shake the whole bronco with no flex to the tailgate or rack. I have no concerns on its strength.
Got creative with rubber plugs from my local Ace.., btw rubber washers pressed in stayed in place until i removed. This pic had 3 different thicknesses to see which one fell out first. None did.Nice touch. How?
Interested in this. I recently discovered that my rear driver soft brake line had been “impacted” and pushed back against the tire (the fitting into the brake housing, that is), scoring a groove into my tire and abrading the soft line itself. Seems like a very vulnerable component in the factory configuration. I’ll DM you soon about the Crown solution…Braided Stainless Brake Lines - Crown Performance - Transparent Orange
Add durability and improve pedal feel (maybe not discernible...)
This is nearly a "drop in" but requires opening and re-closing the front metal guide plates and careful clocking of the banjo on the rear calipers as the rear caliper fitting is not the same as factory. A pretty easy job for anyone with basic wrenching skills. My mechanic also tested the rears under droop and tuck just to be certain.
No one has a drop in or otherwise kit yet for the Raptor, thus almost "drop in". Crown can sell this kit but won't advertise it since it's not 100% drop in. DM me if you want the info to pick up a set.

Supporting a very high quality local vendor! They build everything in house.
Nice & I bet it sounds great!I finished my sound system upgrade. Went with Infinity Ref 407s in the rear pods and dash l/c/r. Then added a Kicker Key 500.1 with remote knob driving a Kicker Comp R 8". I'm very happy with the overall results. Just need to tidy up the wires.
