I would like to install a touch keypad on my 25 Raptor, where are you guys installing them? I heard some people put them on inside the gas door. I would very much appreciate any suggestions any pictures and any advice whether it is a good thing or not.
Thank you

I have a 2023 BD. I relocated mine to the fuel door and find that I use it even less now than I did before. I look at it as more of a backup/emergency resource. I would have much rather had it integrated into the B Pillar like my Raptor and my Explorer.

I have it on my badlands. Not the best and kinda bulky compared to the one that comes integrated. But it works. Fuel door didn’t make sense to me so B pillar

Inside the fuel door for me. Only used when I lock my key in the console vault while paddle boarding or bike riding.

I use mine all the time, so the B-pillar is the best location for me.

@Ducati1098 is this able to be installed on earlier models? I know they came with the securecode card that didn't work for the stick on keypad, they came with their own. So maybe that original card in the interior fuse box may work, or is the wiring even there for these to hook up to?
This isn’t integrated.
It’s still the same basic wireless keypad, so it has nothing to do with securicode.
That being said, I would assume it can work with older models, but I really have no idea.

I put mine inside my fuel filler door and I hate it there. I never take the key fob out of my vehicle and I use it often and I find it a pain to open the fuel door anytime I have to lock my vehicle and it also seems to put undue stress on the fuel door when pushing the buttons if you don’t support it properly. I use the app also, but it is slow and unreliable at best.
