I'm doing a 40" RIGID ADAPT on the front bumper. Just waiting on the lightbar to come in. I like the variable output on the lightbar based on GPS speed. Can't wait!

I'm using my Sirius 40" double row LED bar that I've had on my Jeep for years. I mounted it using the Quake LED mounting points and it's a perfect fit. There's quite a bit of whistling noise from the wind, so I just ordered the ZRoadz wind diffuser as well.

I'm not a fan of the square LED bar lights. Like the old school look of the round Pro6's of KC. Had the old Daylighter's on my '77 Bronco so going back to that look but a little updated for my '22.

I prefer round lights as well. These lights on the front of my F-350 are Hella Rallye 4000 halogens. They are awesome at lighting up the dark and they look amazing.

At least with the bigger KC Pro6's, that bracket is somewhat covered from view.

I love those, but the price difference is staggering to my budget.

Is that your rig? Do the lights mounted above the windshield make a ton of noise while driving on the highway?

Unfortunately, no it's not, it's a SEMA build. My build is 1/3/22. But I use this Bronco as inspiration for my build. I have the bar sitting in my basement and am waiting on my Bronco to show up. As with any non-aerodynamic accessories that we put on our vehicles, you'll get some wind noise. It's not like we are driving a luxury SUV,,, we are driving a brick on 4 tires with very little in the way of aerodynamics. It is what it is. Maybe with the MIC, some of the noise might stay outside or as I've been seeing with the MIC making it's own noise, I won't notice the light bar noise.

I'm going with the @Diode Dynamics SS5 windshield crosslink lightbar kit. It's equivalent to a 50" LED lightbar.

Yes they are. I'm working with Bay Area Metal Fab to get a set of mounts. KC doesn't have any mounting solutions for our Bronco's yet.

Received my Bay Area Metal Fabrication mounts today for my 50" KC light bar. BAMF's work is top notch. Powder coating is spot on. These brackets will blend right in. Very well designed. Hopefully get the Bronco next month, build still scheduled for week of 1/3/22.
