I think for many it isn't a matter of "speeding up the process" as much as it is clarification.
Shit...I have a few family members BUILDING my Bronco and I know I'm not getting it any faster LOL!
But I'll get a text from them when they see my VIN# pop up for production if it's on their shift 😎
There is nothing that needs clarification. The email received last week handles the matter about as plain and bluntly as possible. If you have sins or the MIC, which is the biggie then just expect a 2022 and be pleasantly surprised if you win the 2021MY lottery because that's all it is. There is nothing some $10 an hour CSR is going to be able to answer correctly otherwise.

The VAST majority of us will get 2022s and people just need to start accepting it or move on.

I have called Ford directly several times. I called and found out prior to my email that my build was moved from June 21st to week of July 5th. In addition, today when I checked on my bronco status on the ford site it said my VIN didn't exist. I called again and got an exact build date of the 7th of July. I think they have been very helpful with regard to info before emails are sent. I would recommend calling them!
So who is it you are calling?
Is it theBronco specialist hotline mentioned earlier in the post?

You don't know everyone's particular situation so your response is irrelevant.

I have a build date email from Ford that is DIFFERENT than what my dealer says.

So yeah..Any more insight?

Common sense would dictate that the company building the vehicle would have the most accurate date over some dealership but common sense seems to be lacking around this vehicle.

😂 Calling Susie in the call center isn’t going to net you much information. Cracks me up when people call, call centers expecting ground breaking information, they’re reading from a script or whatever they’ve been handed from their employer that you already know.
Its sort of like asking someone in Best Buy or Home Depot a question. 9 times out of 10 you wind up knowing more than they do. Unless it is something like "where can I find x", you are better of just using your smart phone in the store.

Exactly...This whole launch is an exercise in the blind leading the blind.
Ford had the ability to send me ONE email with a build date. That build date does not match what the dealership has in its system. Ford has sent OTHER people emails saying their date MOVED..But I have NOT received one of those emails.
So WHO do I trust?
Ford's single email?
The dealership's system?
Hence the reason for this post.

I spoke with a Ford Bronco rep by phone several months ago. He provided info concerning my Bronco reservation, order, and MY22 option list release time frame. To date, the only part of his provided info that is true, is my reservation is a MY22. Nothing else he stated has turned out to be true. I also wrote a letter to Ford ,explaining my displeasure with this entire Bronco process. I have not received any reply from them so far.

Hahaha so true. Ask them what the best game console is and how to do electrical. They’re all experts!

Actually, his name was Carlos. I never asked for ground breaking info. I asked where my reservation placed me. I was told MY 22. I then asked when MY22 option list would be made available in order to solidify my eventual order. I was told early May 2021. Obviously, Carlos was wrong. A reply of, “ that has not been determined” would have sufficed. Ford simply has to supply truthful answers. All most everyone wants is decent communication. When I was at my dealership regarding my Bronco order, I was advised not to place an order since I was informed I was MY22. My salesman had less knowledge of the Bronco then the majority of folks found in this forum. He spent more time trying to get me to order a GT 500. Just spell it out, good or bad. That is all folks want.

Only when I tried to complain about my dealer. Nothing they can do about it since all dealers are privately owned. THey can steal your money and Ford can't do a damn thing. So they are basically useless.

I reached out to the “specialist team” hotline. They told me I should have already signed a buyers purchasing agreement and traded in my car by now and done the financing. Real help. Lots of help there.. Can someone explain how to do this for a vehicle that doesn’t have a vin.

The hotline has been great for me. I learned of my production week moving within minutes of calling, vs 4 days waiting for my dealer to get back to me.
