I'll get some pics later when I pull it off. Ordered the 4WP bumper but they lied about it being in stock so I may just cut it and wait till I see one I actually like.Do you have any pictures if the plastic that needs trimming? Would it need to be trimmed for the factory hitch as well?
We are doing frame mounted bolt on sliders for the 4d first then the 2d but planning for both. and bronco6g will save you 10% at checkout. The Warn EVO 10k and 12K are the only winches we have test fit so far. Anything within those dims should fit fine in there. Thanks for the quick response. Do you guys have rock rail/sidesteps planned at all? And is there a 6g forum discount code by any chance? Also, are the Warn Evo winches the only ones that fit in there? Sorry, no more questions after those 3. Lol
Yes 1.75"x.120" wall DOM full head light hoops will be an option on the full plate version of our bumper.Nice! Are you perhaps designing a bumper with a beefy 1.5-2" tube steel grill guard with maximum coverage and deer deflection in mind? Deer are a plague out here
Will your rock sliders have any sort of step? Were very excited to be designing and building parts for the new Bronco. We loved it so much we bought two!
Bay Area Metal Fabrication (BAMF) Started in 2011 with Toyotas building parts for Tacoma & 4Runners. For the last decade we have been a leader in high quality US made off road parts.
All of the products we manufacture are made in house right here in Benicia CA. Not a single step of the process is outsourced. From design to finishing it's all under one roof. Were about quality here not speed so we do tend to take longer to manufacture than the larger names but the quality stands out from the rest. Made in the USA with US made materials means a lot today in this industry and were proud of that.
Our Bronco Hitch in the raw
We are jumping in the Bronco full steam! we will have lots of new products in 2022 from bumper to bumper and every spot in-between.
Here are a few items Currently in the design phase to look out for.
1. Rear plate bumper with Dual swing arms and tire carrier
2. Frame mounted bolt on Rock sliders 4d & 2d
3. Full Under belly skid plates, shock skids, LCA skids, Rear diff skid
4. Soft-top Roof rack (with the factory soft top still foldable)
5. Rear gate reinforcement for larger tires/tire delete (modular system)
What we offer for the bronco can be found on our website HERE
With the Warn Fairlead just over 7"Welcome! Your bumpers are great looking and looking forward to seeing the rear tire carrier you come up with. How far out do the bumpers come from the grill?
We normally offer three choices on our sliders 0, 10 or 20 degrees. 0 works best as a step but no plans for anything hanging below the slider. Will your rock sliders have any sort of step?
Once we get some 4door sliders designed the 2door sliders will be started. I have a few local customers wanting some so it should be before spring. If only you made 2 Dr sliders…

Jerry is a great guy to work with and he truly cares about his products. I've experienced it first hand. I've pestered the crap out of him since I found out BAMF did the mounts on the Mothers SEMA blue Bronco. The guy that owns the blue Bronco is also a good guy. Answered a world of questions about the light bar and the brackets, he's who turned me on to Jerry and BAMF. Can't wait to get it mounted up.
