Any reasonable explanations for Ford not having their performance tune released? I like some of the aftermarket ones but worry about Warranty issues.

I believe the tune would add both, if not why would anyone buy itI’m going to be getting the 2.3 as well in my OBX. Wondering what the tune would do for it? I’d be interested in getting it as well if it boosts HP/Torque
Yeah, good point. Just wasn’t sure whether it added one or the other. Never really messed around with a tune before. Do you know what kind of numbers it generally adds, or too early to tell at this point?I believe the tune would add both, if not why would anyone buy it?
does anyone make a tune that doesn’t add either?
You can do that with Forscan.I would prefer a flash tune, like 5Star's for the 2.7L. At least I can turn off auto start/stop and change final drive/tire size as well flashing the tune in one go.
I know, but if I'm planning on getting a tune anyways, I'd rather not have to get another handheld device/harness and play with hex codes. You can do that with Forscan.
But you can do such more and the Forscan handheld is less than $50. It's a must have if you are really into the ins and outs of your vehicle.I know, but if I'm planning on getting a tune anyways, I'd rather not have to get another handheld device/harness and play with hex codes.
No neither is the mustang tune. LolThe factory Ranger tune is not the same? Won’t work on Bronco?
