Windshield Tint?

This is true. I believe it even states it on your windows. What that is saying is that the window is letting in at minimum 70% of light, which is probably required by law. What the ceramic window tint does (other that simply making it darker) is have 98% heat rejection and 99% UV protection (Xpel XR Plus), which is different that simply blocking light. It also seems to cut down the glare off of oncoming vehicles. If I was made of money, I would have it done on every window in my RV.

Yeah, mid winter it gets dark here around 4:00, maybe even earlier with heavy overcast. Last thing I want to do is run over a child. But it does look good...and leaves the ladies thinking maybe a handsome prince is driving that bad a$$ Bronco. I'd rather leave them hopeful than in sure disappointment. Adding the 1Bangers and activating the cornering light function with FORscan helps a lot.

Getting my front windows tinted to match the back.

Thoughts/feedback on getting the windshield done too?

Check your states laws. If they’re not in compliance with your states laws, you’ll be just wasting your money. I have a Marsh Gray OBX Sasquatch and wanted to get the “dragon fire” on the front windscreen and was told it was illegal. Money better spent would be to have PPF done to protect yourself from “rock chuckers”, as I did. Although I have my windshield filmed, I cringe when I see those “hillbilly” pick ups coming towards me with those offset wheels sticking out well beyond the fender wells.
