It sounds like you extended your rear wiper hose, ran it to your seat, and filled your wiper reservoir with a tasty alcoholic beverage.

I guess it depends on how long you run the washer for you half dozen times.
Barring that, you have already troubleshooted a leak, so that leaves intermittent pump failure (which I assume you hear the pump running, just no fluid coming out), or other reservoir issue (maybe the bottom is filled with sand or jello). When you run out of fluid, how much fluid does it take to refill?
I’ll have to check if I hear the pump when I’m not getting fluid. I can only add a quarter of a gallon when I refill and I can’t see the entire reservoir which is why I asked about the capacity.

I've put about 2 gallons in mine over 2,400 miles, given the weather and road conditions its the same as I put in my other vehicles.

Do you just fill up whenever you feel like it? Or is your low level light on when you fill it?

Speaking of washer-fluid, does the Bronco have auto-detect rain sensors?? This is from the 2022 Bronco manual (page 92).

Looking at the shape of the reservoir, it appears to be hourglass. I am wondering if you have an obstruction in the middle giving you only half capacity. If it were an older car, I would say mice or bees for sure to make your life crazy. :p
Does your washer fluid smell like honey or wet mouse? Best way to check is by taste.

Strange.

I was psyched when a full gallon fit. It always annoyed me on all my VWs when a fraction of the bottle had to get stashed for next time. Liters? Ha!

Sounds like some sort of pump issue?
I've had a bunch of different cars, including jeep, and this is the first one that takes the entire bottle. It seems like it could take more as well.

Someone report here that the hose to the rear wiper was disconnected under the carpet. Any wet carpet issues? Is it really empty or maybe a pinched hose?
