Picture of the order. Only the 1st slot is a 30A WAGO, the rest are 20A

Hmmm, not sure we're on the same page here...

The order I listed is different comparing the Raptor and non Raptor. Those I listed above are in numerical order from switch #1 to switch #6 (also drivers side to passengers side) as to the capacity and fuse size of each switch/circuit. So for example switch #3 is fused & rated at 30 A.

If you are printing in two colors, I was asking (looking the gift horse in the mouth, technically 🤣) if you could make the numbers and amp labels match the Raptor.

Just to clarify, my comments have nothing to do with the size/capacity of the Wagos. I would just assume they are sized to match. If for some packaging/design reason the number labels on the junction box are not in numerical order, no problem.

Hopefully this comes through OK. The only 30A WAGO is in the drivers most slot. The rest are all 20A capable. I totally misinterpreted your numbering, I took it as position on the cover (left to right, switch 6 to 1). See if the picture explains it and is correct as far as switch number labeling and switch current. They aren't sequential drivers side to passenger side but the best I can do right now.

Weird that Ford would change the current capacity/order on the Raptor (maybe not so weird). I actually have my lights wired with the least offensive on the left to most offensive on the right (except that the accent lights are the rightmost).

If this is OK, can you send me a direct message with your mailing address and perhaps your e-mail address?

If I recall correctly there's something in the Aftermarket Guide about running up the A-pillar and a notch in the weatherstripping to cut out.

There's also some "roof mount" wiring kits that are available to run the wire up the windshield glass, then cover the wire with the kit so it stays tucked and looks neat. I don't have a link to one off hand though - but I bet the usual LED sales folks could help you out.
Baja Designs and KC have adhesive rubber for exactly that.

Might as well throw in my custom ABS firewall grommet. It’s two sided. Engine bay side has the wire bushing attached and the seal to firewall. Through bolted to inside piece.

This looks great. Can you tell us more about the custom grommet

It is 2 pieces of ABS cut to fit over the firewall opening. Engine compartment side has the waterproof bushing and 3M double sided tape as a seal. The inside piece has a slightly larger diameter hole to fit around the bushing. Through bolts compress the two pieces against the fire wall. I wanted better than cutting a slit or punching a hole in the OEM rubber grommet.

Nice solution. I installed an auxiliary braking system for towing my Bronco behind a motorhome and used the main pass thru which has a path for additional wiring but what a pain. I was deathly afraid of nicking the main wiring harness poking a hole in the grommet.

I did finally get the Genesis Off-road panel installed. Liking where I’m at now and also put in two rivnuts to secure relays in the future.

Finally got @Dirtriders custom (Raptor) upfitter jbox installed. It's a nice, functional and well designed solution. Great attention to detail. Although my wiriing isn't exactly the cleanest, it's all safe/secured/sheathed/etc.

Prior, I had used some single pin Deutsch connectors to have the same quick change feature I now have in a much cleaner way. There wasn't really any good way to keep this prior "rats nest" tidy. Here is all the crap I got rid of.

I feel your pain but having everything weatherpak’d make it so easy to switch things around. I terminated the switchpro harness and this is the result.

My attempt at cleaner engine bay wiring here. SAPS plus a PDM and lots of Deutsch connectors, heat shrink, and braided loom.
