ICON Vehicle Dynamics is excited to announce the Trail Series Front Bumper for 2021+ Ford Bronco. Trail Series is our compact non-winch bumper (we released our Pro Series Winch Bumper a few weeks ago). ICON Impact products follow our design philosophy of high clearance, high strength and attention to detail.

Ford Bronco ICON Impact Trail Series Front Bumper 45203-Lifestyle01_hi-res

Designed for the ultimate in off-road form and function, Trail Series features a multi-faceted, high-clearance design that sneaks past the tightest rocks. Tapered ends protect the Bronco's lower grille corners while allowing the front tires maximum access to grip and pull the vehicle over steep obstacles. If you do manage to get yourself into a tight spot, recovery is aided by a pair of extreme duty recovery shackle tabs, CNC machined from beefy 1" thick plate steel.

The bumper comes with provisions to retain the Bronco's parking sensors (caps are provided for Broncos without sensors). A removable aluminum mesh panel promotes airflow through the Bronco's intercooler. The bumper is fabricated from CNC laser cut, precision brake-formed 3/16 plate steel. The bumper looks as great as it performs, with a durable, semi-gloss black powder coat finish.

The Trail Series Front Bumper is perfect for those who want to add a rugged, all steel, high clearance off-road bumper to their Bronco but do not need to run a winch. For added front end protection, the Trail Series Front Bumper is compatible with our Bronco Front Skid Plate (sold separately).

Up to five (5) 3" LED cube lights or a 20" LED light bar (not included) may be mounted behind the center mesh panel using the provided mounting tabs. The pic below is with a 20" light bar.

FEATURES & BENEFITS - Trail Series Front Bumper P/N 45203
  • Design provides sporty light weight and maximum clearance on the trail
  • Faceted high-clearance design to maximize approach angle and off-road performance
  • Parking sensor mounts with bezels or caps for Broncos without sensors
  • Extreme duty 1" thick recovery shackle tabs are angled for high clearance
  • 3/16" thick plate steel construction CNC laser cut and brake-formed
  • Removable Aluminum mesh panels allow maximum airflow to intercooler
  • Up to five (5) 3" LED cube lights or a 20" LED light bar (not included) may be mounted behind the center mesh panel using the provided mounting tabs
  • Optional ACC Relocation Kit allows continued functionality of the ACC module
  • Easy bolt-on installation with no cutting or drilling
  • Durable satin black powder coat finish
  • ICON Impact Series Limited Lifetime Warranty
TECH INFO:
  • Vehicles equipped with Adaptive Cruise Control require relocation of the ACC module using either ICON part # 45209 or 45210 (sold separately).
  • Recovery shackle tabs CNC machined from 1” thick steel plate for 3/4” shackle pin (5/8” shackle)
  • Optional Skid Plate ICON Part #45207 (sold separately)
  • Optional Diff Skid Plate ICON Part #45208 (sold separately)
  • Lighting accessories not included. Light mounts are compatible with up to five (5) common 3x3” cube LED lights or one (1) 20” LED light bar. Installing AAC relocation part # 45210 reduces LED cube light mounting locations from 5 to 4 and makes 20" light bar no longer compatible. AAC relocation part # 45209 allows for full lighting options while retaining AAC functionality.
  • Not compatible with OE winch included with Bronco Everglades
  • Not compatible with Bronco Raptor

TRAIL SERIES ACC RELOCATION KIT P/N 45210

There is an optional ACC Relocation center mesh insert that provides for relocating the Adaptive Cruise Control module on so-equipped Broncos. This replacement for the bumper's front mesh panel allows positioning the ACC module where it will still be fully functional. With the ACC module relocated by this item, up to four (4) 3" LED cube lights may still be installed in the bumper's center light array mounts, as the ACC occupies the fifth (center) position.

We gave the ICON 4-door a makeover for SEMA, which included this Trail Series bumper. I think it looks great on there. We'll probably eventually put the Pro Series back on it though, along with the winch.

BTW those @ADV Fiberglass 5" fenders are sexy! There's a couple of other upcoming new products on there to peek at :)

Like it a lot! Glad to see another option for those of use that don't want/need a winch.

Yeah I've been running it on mine (the white 2-door in the pics) for quite a while and I love how simple it is. My stripper Base came with a plastic bumper so this was a perfect upgrade for it. My favorite thing about it is the recovery tabs, which I connect to with my tow bar for flat towing. So much cleaner than having a separate tow bar base plate.

Looks great..couple questions. If I am getting the standard bumper can I use the wiring for the current fog lights and add lights to this? What fog lights would be good to use?
how long will the discount be available? My build is 12/5 so not sure when I’ll get it though.
thank you

I'm not sure on the wiring, perhaps a search on this forum for wiring off-road lights to the stock fog light wiring harness might turn up some results for you. For lights you can use just about any of the commonly available (Rigid, KC, Baja Designs, upcoming Project X, a whole slew of Chinese cheapo's) 3" X 3" cube lights, up to 5 of them. Or a 20-inch 2-row light bar. Note that if you have Adaptive Cruise Control you'll need to use the optional ACC relocation piece that cuts your light mounting options down to 4 cube lights. Or you could use our other ACC relocation bracke tthat puts the moduel behind the grille.

I believe these bumpers are already in production and shippable now or within a couple of weeks.

I'm not sure which discount you're referring to but we've been running a 15% discount that is expiring. The good news is that it will be replaced by an even better Black Friday discount very soon. Stay tuned for details on that from our ICON dealers, as we just sent out the dealer communication about it this morning.

Really like how it looks. Any ideas on how to add a bull bar or low brush guard like the dv8 option? Looks like it had a good flat surface on top.

Sorry. No the black ones with the writing on the side.
That's a new wheel we showed the prototype for at SEMA. It's not in production yet. It's called Recon Pro and it has some cool features such as Innerlock DOT-compliant bead retention like the Rebound Pro, and replaceable rash rings.
