has anyone come up with any ingenious ideas on what to do with the factory fog light wiring and where to mount aftermarket lights for those?
Also what have others come up with for a Bull/light bar to mount to the top 8 holes?
I'm thinking this might be pretty close to working dimensionally for the 8 bolts with a flat plate

I've had the same question. The pic you show is what I've been thinking would work, but I haven't put a lot of thought into it. It would be nice to find something that is mostly ready to weld up - is these pieces available to purchase somewhere? Right now, I have my fog connectors taped up and zipped tied out of the way.@Arokcrwlr or @Felix808 or @Dusty at ICON

I believe Icon could have incorporated fog light cutouts in their bumper pretty easily, but I guess it wasn't a design consideration.
Sorry, lights & hoops aren't my bag. It should be pretty easy to do though with that design you have there. Just lay out the mounts to the existing holes and the weld the hoop to it, powder coat & bolt it up@Arokcrwlr or @Felix808 or @Dusty at ICON

Looking at mounting some flood lights that I will wire to the stock fog light switch.
I've got it down to 2 different possibilities.
1. down on the crash bar mount.
2. On top next to winch
Thoughts???

I decided to go with the low mount flood lights wired to the factory fog light. I mounted them tucked up under the front crash bars.
